Mr. Lampert’s practice focuses on employment litigation, including lawsuits alleging violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (failure to pay minimum wage and overtime); and unlawful harassment, discrimination, and retaliation in violation of state and federal laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, and Whistle blower statues.

Prior to joining Levin Litigation, Mr. Lampert began his career at the Levin Papantonio Law firm focusing on mass torts, including the BP Oil Spill, Essure, and Invokana litigations. After 5 years practicing mass torts, Mr. Lampert transitioned to an employment law and personal injury focus at the Talbott Law Firm, where he soon made partner. At the Law Firm of Talbott & Lampert, P.A., Mr. Lampert represented personal injury clients and employees in single and class action employment litigation. Throughout his career, Mr. Lampert has helped thousands of clients vindicate their rights in both state and federal court.

Mr. Lampert earned his law degree from The University of Florida, Levin School of Law in 2012. While in law school, he earned several awards for his academic performance and writing abilities.

Mr. Lampert is admitted to practice in the State of Florida, and the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida (federal court).
