Experience & Background
Frantz has 19 years of practice and specializes in Homeowners and Automobile Insurance Litigation.
Frantz began his practice of law, focusing primarily in the areas of civil litigation and insurance defense, working with clients such as MGA Insurance Company, United Automobile Insurance Company and State Farm Insurance Company. His primary area of practice was in the defense and litigation of personal injury protection claims.
His experience included the handling of lawsuits from inception to trial, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, mediation, arbitrations, court hearings and coordination of defense efforts with insurance adjusters and SIU departments. In 2012 he broadened his area of practice to including homeowners’ insurance claims.
He continued working in the field of insurance defense litigation for two separate firms over a period of ten years before eventually becoming the founding member of his own firm and shifting his practice area to assist property owners in their claims against carriers. This has been his primary area of practice since 2017. He has litigated and first-chaired numerous cases to jury verdict and practices in both state and federal court.
Education & Credentials
Frantz was born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica. Upon completion of high school, he attended the University of the West Indies for undergraduate studies. There he obtained a Bachelor of Arts with a major in English literature and a minor in history. He then moved to the United States to pursue his legal career. He attended Nova Southeastern University, in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, where he received a Juris Doctorate in 2006. Upon completion of his legal studies, Frantz sat for and successfully completed the Florida Bar Examination, at which time he was requested to become a member of the Florida Board of Bar Examiners to assist in grading bar examination essay questions for potential bar members. Frantz worked with the Board of Bar Examiners in 2007. Frantz also served as an Ad-Junct Professor at Nova Southeastern University’s critical skills program, where he assisted law school students in their preparation for the Florida Bar Examination.
