Oren Reich is an attorney at Levin Litigation, PLLC. A native of South Florida, he has been specializing in property insurance litigation, advocating on behalf of homeowners and commercial policyholders in hurricane, plumbing and other property damage losses, for nearly ten years, and has helped secure millions of dollars for property owners through litigation, negotiation and mediation. He has helped clients navigate their unique legal issues.
Oren is passionate about protecting clients from insurance companies that seek to take advantage of property owners. Insurance companies are more than happy to accept insurance premiums, but when you need their help, they may not be there when it counts. He has been practicing law in Florida since 2013, and is admitted to practice in the State of Forida, and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
In 2005, Oren traveled as a volunteer to New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina, and saw first hand the anguish caused by a devastating hurricane. Parents saw the rooms that their children played and grew up in, totally destroyed. Now a husband and a father of three young children, he understands first hand the attachment that parents have to their homes.
Oren enjoys spending time with his wife and three young children, volunteering in his community, and supporting Miami sports teams.
“Justice will not be served until those who are unaffected are as outraged as those who are.” — Benjamin Franklin
