Mark D. Bartle, Esq. is a litigator in the Firm’s Ft. Lauderdale office. He focuses his practice First Party Property Insurance and Personal Injury with prior experience as a Florida Public Defender and enjoys promoting community development by helping small business owners with organization, contracts, intellectual property, and landlord-tenant issues. In his down time, Mr. Bartle enjoys spending time with his family, martial arts, and outdoor recreation.
Prior to entering the field of law, Mr. Bartle served for over a decade as a Crash Rescue Firefighter and as an Aerospace Medical Technician in the Air Force Reserves and Florida Air National Guard. As a civilian, he also served over a decade as an EMT Firefighter. He received numerous military honors including the National Defense Service Medal; the Air Force Longevity Service Medal; the Global War on Terrorism Medal; a Small Arms Expert Marksmanship ribbon; Air Force Outstanding Unit Awards; an Air Force Training ribbon; and Air Force Reserves Meritorious Service medals.
Mr. Bartle holds an Associate of Arts degree from the Community College of the Air Force; a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of Charleston, Cum Laude; and his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law with academic honors including the Federal Bar Association Public Service Scholarship Winner 2008, Rotary Club Scholarship Winner, membership to Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, and Golden Key Honor Society.
