Mark D. Bartle is an Associate in the Firm’s Ft. Lauderdale, Florida office. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Bartle spent ten years in the United State Air Force serving as a Crash Rescue Firefighter and Aerospace Medical Technician. As a civilian, he also worked as an EMT Firefighter. Mr. Bartle holds an Associate of Arts degree in Allied Health Science from the Community College of the Air Force; a Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate & Organizational Communication from the College of Charleston, Cum Laude; and his Juris Doctorate from Florida International University College of Law’s International and Comparative Law program.
His practice focuses primarily on Civil Litigation dealing with recovery of benefits from Insurance Companies. He also has experience and provides services for Small Business and Organizational law, Intellectual Property Law, Landlord Tenant law, and Community Association law.
