Nick has been an attorney for over ten years specializing in the insurance industry. Before joining Levin Litigation, Nick has handled matters involving personal injury protection, premises liability, SIU, bodily injury, and general liability on behalf of a several insurance carriers. Nick had served as a senior associate and partner in his prior firms defending complex litigation on behalf of his clients. Being an advocate for insurance carriers, he has earned the reputation for being a strong but fair advocate. He has now dedicated his practice to serving the people in fairly evaluating their potential claims.
Since graduating from law school, he’s gained significant experience handling insurance defense matters working for a statewide law firm. Nick attended Florida State University and obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy. Nick received his juris doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law. During law school, he was an active member of the St. Thomas Law Review, International Moot Court, and Mock Trial team. While competing for the Mock Trial team, Nick won the ABA Labor and Employment Law Southeast Regional Competition earning a spot in the national competition. Nick graduated cum laude.
Nick previously worked in the City of Miami and Miami Dade Public Defender’s Office. He is currently licensed to practice throughout the State of Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the United States District Court of the Northern District of Florida.
