Oner Kiziltan, Esq

Oner Kiziltan joined the firm after an accomplished career in insurance defense, where he skillfully managed a broad range of cases involving both first-party and third-party claims, as well as complex special investigations.Prior to his tenure at the firm, Oner served as a senior associate at a large regional defense firm, earning a reputation as an assertive yet fair advocate. After years of defending insurance carriers – ranging from large international companies to smaller insurers – Oner made a pivotal decision to apply his expertise to champion the rights of those whose claims have been wrongfully denied or underpaid.

A lifelong resident of South Florida, Oner holds a juris doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University and a bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University, where he graduated with departmental honors. Outside of his legal career, Oner enjoys spending his time reading, hiking, and enjoying the company of his wife and their three beloved dogs :Chase, Gilly, and Yoshi.
