He previously represented major insurance carriers before shifting his focus to advocating for individuals and using his skills in getting his clients results by holding the insurance carriers accountable. Nick is licensed through Florida and all federal districts in Florida.
Experience & Background
Nick has been an attorney for twelve years specializing in the insurance industry as a partner in his prior firm. Before joining Levin Litigation, Nick has handled matters involving personal injury protection, premises liability, fraud, bodily injury, and general liability on behalf of several insurance carriers. Moreover, Nick has recovered over two million dollars against insurance companies since joining the firm. These recoveries showcase his reputation for being a strong but fair advocate he earned during his tenure working for the insurance companies. He has now dedicated his practice to serving the people in fairly evaluating their potential claims.
The focus of his practice is primarily property litigation, personal injury litigation, and construction defect. This includes civil litigation for property homeowners suffering from losses and damages to their homes from storms, wind, and hurricanes. Furthermore, Nick has directly assisted homeowners in filing insurance carriers and guiding homeowners through the claims process. Additionally his personal injury litigation includes assisting people involved in car accidents, slip and falls at business locations, and bad faith claims against insurance companies.
Nick attended Florida State University and obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy. Nick graduated cum laude from St. Thomas University School of Law. During law school, he was an active member of the St. Thomas Law Review, International Moot Court, and Mock Trial team amongst many other clubs and organizations. While competing for the Mock Trial team, Nick won the ABA Labor and Employment Law Southeast Regional Competition earning a spot in the national competition. Nick previously worked in the City of Miami and Miami Dade Public Defender’s Office.He is currently licensed to practice throughout the State of Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the United States District Court of the Northern District of Florida.
Nick is fluent in Spanish and is currently beginning his journey into learning French. He volunteers his time and service to the members of his community in the Tampa Bay area. His hobbies include gardening, cooking, and electronics hardware repairs.
